This online class will share the results of the recent Way Ahead survey. In this survey we asked business owners what’s good, what’s not so good and what are the key challenges you’re facing. During the class Lynda will discuss the findings and more importantly look at how some of the common issues can be addressed. Expect to leave with some very practical things you can do straight away in your business.

Each day you will get a short video and challenge for the day, and where appropriate a corresponding worksheet. These cover very specific areas like resentment, procrastination, frustration – each showing you ways to manage or change your behaviour and your thought patterns. Plus you’ll get access to our exclusive facebook group to share progress, AHA moments and difficulties with other Get Out Of Your Own Way Challenge members as well as me & my team.

This practical, hands on day is focused around you, it’s designed to ensure you leave able to run your own 360 projects with ease, confidence and with a support network behind you. We keep the groups small to ensure all participants get what they need. Topics covered typically include: the four feedback fundamentals using Appraisal360 system, interpreting reports, managing feedback, organisational learning & selling 360 feedback.

This 90 day programme starts here. During this event we’ll get clear about where you are right now, and where you want to be in 90 days, then we’ll start to unravel what’s in the way. You leave these two days with some genuine shifts in perspective, renewed energy and commitment to yourself and your business. This is followed by 6 online classes covering business strategy from the inside out, 3 group calls with Lynda and a further live day in December.
