Hi Lynda,

I started typing that I had really enjoyed your video – then realised that was the wrong word. It was timely, thought provoking and extremely useful – but maybe not enjoyable to have to confront the truth at 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning! I tell people every day that I’m delivering training “If you do the same tomorrow that your did yesterday you’ll get the same results”. And yet I’m doing exactly that; I’m not managing to successfully challenge my own downward spiral. So, my New Year resolution starts now – its too important to wait for New Year! Thank you for the kick start.
